Title: Salami German Potato Salad

6lgPotatoes
1/2cCelery slices
1/4cChopped green pepper
1/4cChopped onion
2tbButter
2tbAll-purpose flour
2tbSugar
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsGround black pepper
1cWater
1/2cCider Vinegar
1/2lbSliced hard salami

Do not peel potatoes. Cook in boiling water until tender; drain. Cool slightly; peel. Cut into slices. Cook celery, green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Combine water and vinegar; gradually stir into flour mixture. Cook stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. Stir in potatoes and salami. Cook 5 minutes or until throughly heated.
